About Us

Hi, I’m Tara. My husband, Trey, and I started our own pool cleaning business in Texas several years ago, and what began as a small operation quickly grew into a passion for building and improving service routes. Along the way, we bought and sold more than 1,500 weekly accounts, sometimes through brokers and sometimes on our own.

Through those experiences, I came to love not just the day-to-day of running a business, but also the process of buying, selling, and transitioning routes smoothly. I know firsthand what buyers care about when evaluating a purchase, and I also understand how sellers want their hard work and customer relationships positioned for the best outcome.

That’s why I started Poolside Business Brokers—to bring an operator’s perspective to the brokerage world and make the process fair, transparent, and smooth for everyone involved.
